Gold – $8,000.00

Includes special recognition on-course, at the dinner and in the program, 4 golfers plus 4 dinner guests.

Silver – $5,000.00

Includes special recognition at the dinner and in the program, 2 golfers plus 2 dinner guests.

Bronze – $3,000.00

Includes special recognition in the program, 1 golfer plus 1 dinner guest.
